YTB Guarantees Your Success Agreement:
YTB IMR SUCCESS AT HOME MAGAZINE DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT ($6,000 INCOME GUARANTEE) I, an Independent Marketing Representative (IMR) in good standing with YourTravelBiz.com, Inc. (YTB), agree that I will purchase a minimum of 25 Success At Home Magazines per calendar month and that I will distribute said magazines to Referring Travel Agent (RTA) and IMR prospects, using my best efforts to recruit such prospects as IMRs and/or RTAs. $6,000 COMMISSION GUARANTEE YTB agrees to pay to IMR the sum of $6,000, less IMR commissions received, during the 13th calendar month of this agreement subject to the following terms and conditions:
a. IMR will purchase monthly, (on autoship @ $99.00 per 25 magazines), and distribute, a minimum of 25 Success At Home Magazines to IMR/RTA prospects during each calendar month of this agreement.
b. During each calendar month of this agreement IMR shall register his/her IMR and RTA prospects, to whom a Success At Home Magazine has been distributed, in the back office of IMR by name, phone number and email address. Prospects receiving a Success At Home Magazine during a calendar month must be registered by IMR (a minimum of 25 per month) on or before the 5th day of the following calendar month.
c. IMR agrees to continue the foregoing Success At Home Magazine distribution and prospect registrations for a full 12 calendar months. During the 13th month of this agreement, providing IMR has met all of the terms and conditions aforementioned, YTB shall pay to IMR a sum equal to $6,000 less commissions earned by IMR during the preceding 12 calendar months.
